The Board determines to hold regular meetings on January 10, March 13, April 10, June 12, July 10, September 18 and October 16, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. by telephone, electronic, of other means not requiring physical presence. Regular meetings held February 14, May 8, August 14 and November 13, 2024 will be in person at 6:00 p.m. at the clubhouse, located at 26011 East Orchard Drive, Aurora, Colorado 80016. 

The Annual Meeting, pursuant to § 32-1-903(6), will be held on November 13, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at the clubhouse, 26011East Orchard Drive, Aurora, Colorado 80015.
